Let's start from the positive aspects: excellent quality/price ratio, competent mechanic and good "service at the counter". But it's not enough. It is not possible that if a customer like me who lives far from the store and can only communicate via email, these are repeatedly ignored. My last email, sent two weeks ago now, was a request for a quote for my second bike and so I turned to another retailer and with satisfaction (previously I had asked for other things including the sending of my measurements taken with their biomechanic). If I have to wait for the delivery of what I requested, I wait without problems, but a prompt response of courtesy was appropriate from the company if it wanted to maintain a reputation for seriousness. However, the correspondence strangely worked very well when the financing for my bike had to be formalized. For the maintenance of my bnd and for other future purchases I will therefore turn elsewhere.
